Worship
Morning service is at 9:30 am and evening service at 6:00 pm.
The motivation of worship, namely to bring honor and glory to God, ought to be reflected in everything a Christian says and does. Worship is relevant to everyday life. Worship is expressed in personal and family devotions as well as Sunday services in which the whole church gathers together. Worship may be described as a meeting between God and His people. Since God is Father and Lord of all, worship embraces people of all ages, race, gender and socio-economic standing.
The worship services are easy to follow with a printed order of service to help follow along. There is a blend of traditional and contemporary elements within each worship service. Barrie First worship services appreciate both traditional and contemporary music styles. Our Sunday services include an adult praise team, youth band as well as an adult choir to help lead congregational worship and praise on a regular basis.
Babysitting is provided in the morning service and there are education programs for children during the morning services. Coffee and fellowship are also offered after the morning service.
